Javad Mushtaq — Javad Mushtaq is a multi-award-winning Norwegian-Pakistani investor and Co-Founder of WE& Capital, Norway’s first diverse-led early-stage investment firm. Educated at Harvard and MIT, he has worked across the private sector, early-stage investing, and global NGOs across five continents, building ventures, forging partnerships, and driving impact worldwide.
Fahad Rajput — Fahad Rajput, founder of Tresor Group, leads New York–based multifamily real estate projects from acquisition to completion, transforming underutilized properties into thriving communities. Over the past decade, he has delivered developments from boutique 8-unit residences to 40+ unit buildings, blending thoughtful design with exceptional execution. Known for navigating complex challenges in one of the world’s toughest markets, Fahad’s work reflects quality, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to delivering results.
Shastri Mahadeo — Shastri Mahadeo is the Co-founder and Venture Partner at Friday Ventures, a $5 million seed stage fund for Muslim founders. He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Ferry, and previously founded Unioncrate. A repeat founder, Shastri brings deep operator insight to every venture he backs.
