Join the Habibi Tech Summit Volunteer Team
Step behind the scenes of a high-energy gathering of 1,000+ Muslim leaders in tech, business, and culture. As a volunteer, you’ll help create an unforgettable experience, connect with inspiring people, and see the Summit from the inside. We expect professionalism, punctuality, and excellence—because every interaction matters. Serve for half the day, enjoy the conference for the other half. Accepted applicants will also be expected to attend a training session prior to the Summit.
The Volunteer Opportunities Available
Customer Service (Registration & Ushering)
Responsibilities: Welcome attendees, check tickets, distribute badges and materials, answer questions, direct guests to sessions, manage seating, and ensure smooth flow of attendees.
Requirements: Friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, basic familiarity with event schedule.
Furniture Setup Crew
Assemble, place, move, and disassemble furniture and event space.
Comfortable with moderate physical labor, able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Green Room / Stage / Speaker Management
Support speakers, manage stage flow, maintain green room order.
Discreet, reliable, calm under pressure.
Content Creation
Capture high-quality photos, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes moments for Summit marketing and social media.
Requirements: Strong eye for composition, confident with DSLR or smartphone, ability to edit quickly if needed, comfort moving through crowds to capture key moments without disrupting the event.
